HP Photosmart C310a will not power off no responce on display either

I have the HP Photosmart C310a, only a few months old that will not power off or respond unless I remove the power cord from either the all or back of the printer.  Utilizing the wireless connection so there's not usb cables attached to the printer.

Hey Tpast!

 

Sounds like you probably have a hardware issue. We can't do any replacements over the forums so I recommend calling 1-800-hpinvent (474-6836).
