I have a new iPad (HD/3) and just installed this app to print on my OfficeJet 7410.
I have it installed, registered, and it works great, THE FIRST TIME.
When I access the app, either directly or with "open in...." it works, it links to the printer (little light down by printer name is green). Each successive time I try, the little light is red and I can't bet past Print Preview.
If I close the app (double push home button on iPad, hold on any app in bottom bar until they jiggle and have the red circle with the "-" sign and then close the HP ePring Home & Biz app), then it will again work, but only once.
The OfficeJet 7410 is connected via ethernet (hardwire CAT5e) to my router and is accessable through Wi-Fi through the wireless router.
The app seems to work very well other than this.
How can I get past this issue.
Thanks in advance for your response.

I am having the same or similar issue. When I go to print the little circle by the printer is red and I can't get past the Print Preview. Only once has the printer had a green circle where I could print. The printer is on and on the wireless network. The ipad is on the wireless network. I don't know why it's not working. Would appreciate any direction. Thanks!

What network security encryption are you using (WEP, WPA, WPA2, etc) ? I have seen WEP cause issues with wireless printing from mobile devices.
