Have a Photosmart C410 - unable to print web pages - IE9

Recently lost ability to print web pages

using Vista 7 - Office 2010 - Explorer IE9

Printer works great other than this

 

Wifes laptop does the same thing

she has basically the same setup as mine

 

Worked through hp help pages earlier today

No luck

 

Get message saying internal error in Explorer
