My email printed, but not the attachment. Help!

Please check to see if your ePrint attachement file size exceeded 5MB or not. HP ePrint currently limits the file size to be less than 5 MB and attachement less than 10 files.
If you do have a photo with high resolution, you can open the photo application and same the file to smaller file size (or less resoluion) and then email the file as an attachment again.
The best way to trouble shooting your ePrint issues in the future, is to register in hpeprintcenter.com and log in there to see what error messages you have and what actions you will need to take. To register at hpeprintcenterc.om, you will need to print out your ePrint information sheet with your printer's unique printer code on it.
