Hello Jim,
If you are wanting to download a Print App on your printer, then the best method of doing this is making sure your computer and printer are connected to the same network, logging into ePrintCenter account, and going to the Apps tab and choosing an App you would like to download.
If you still have questions feel free to reply to this post and I will try to find an answer for you.
Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

Hi KnuttaSGP,
Recently the Web Services server was experiencing some difficulties. If you are still having problems you can try clicking on the Forms category under the Categories tab of Get More Print Apps at ePrintcenter. Sometime that will work better than clicking from All.

Hi,
I also have a PhotoSmart 6510 and since I've had the printer (about 4months) I cannot even find any 'apps' listed under the relevant webpage [https://h30495.www3.hp.com/apps]. I keep trying this about once a week but the status has never altered.
There is no clear answer within any thread, as all that is stated is 'try listing all apps', well I have done so and none are listed.
Can we please have a definitive answer to this issue.

It has been a while since I sorted out this issue but if I remember correctly I did a system software update (web service summary - settings - product update). Make sure your ePrint status is Connected.

Hi, Perhaps I wasn't clear with my initial question/problem.
I'm not referring to adding 'apps' via the printer interface (as it clearly states to use the ePrintCenter); the problem is with adding 'apps' via the ePrintCenter, as not a single 'app' is listed. I have changes my selected region to many different ones and ensured that 'all apps' have been selected/not filtered, but I have yet to see a single 'app' listed within the ePrintCenter.
