I have set up my HP 5512. I have a great wireless connection and printers are printing wirelessly to the printer.
However, i can not use the eprint function (button) on the front of the printer. I simply get error messages that I am unable to connect to web services and that I should enter a proxy address. I have no idea what a proxy address is.
Can anyone help me get this eprint function to work?

I have exactly the same problem. When I try to enable web services and accept the terms and conditions a product update search starts then a connection to the web services starts and then I get a server connection error "Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again". I am connected to a WIFE router and there is an internet connection. But it's not working! Keep on goiving me this message. Unless I enable the web services no eprin or any other service will ever work. What shall I do. I am sure there is a bug either with the service or the software. I have an HP Photosmart 7510 (310 a). I bought it for the ePrint and the eFax function, which currently I can not use. The airpinting is working fine from my laptop and the iPhone. What shall I do?!!! It does not give me a good feeling about the product! Any help from HP support please?
