Re: How do I get beyone this - Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden

Hi I hope you are doing well and welcome to the community;

You can try this;

1. Use a different browser of the one that you are using (internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, opera, safari, Comodo Dragon) or any other of your preference. to see if the error repeats in  more than 2 browsers.

2. Use an alternative account to sign in e.g.   HP shapfish, Google, facebook this have help several members people in the community.

also I hear (From other members in the community)  that engineers are working in this issue.

Hope this helps;

RobertoR

Re: How do I get beyone this - Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden

RobertoR,

A User should not have to change browsers to attempt to register - this is a problem with HP and the eprintcenter.com website.  If changing browsers or changing accounts is the only way around this problem, this HP Support better get busy because this is unacceptable.

Hi redi2go, I hope you are doing well and welcome to the forum;

I understand and hear you, but remember this is a peer to peer forum I am just trying to help another fellow user to get its eprint capability working.

I heard here in the forum that hp engineers are working on of a issue that may be affecting this process. Again I do not have have any official information on this regard. Again thank you for taking the time and sharing your opinion with me.

Best of luck;

RobertoR

Re: How do I get beyone this - Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden

Instead of installing another browswer, try the following steps in order, which worked for me.

1.  Use the installation disk and install the required software of your printer.

2.  Reboot the machine.

3.  Call up your browser and delete the cookies and browsing history.

4.  Reboot the machine.

5.  Revisit the HP EPrinter Center website and create your account.

This may not work for everyone, but it sure beat installing unwanted/undesired software.

If you don't know how to delete cookies and browsing history for Windows Explorer 9, visit the following link:

Re: How do I get beyone this - Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden

I agree with the other guy. A couple of days ago my eprint apps were working fine and now I keep getting a server connection error. I have went through all the steps and it still won't work. I just bought this $700 computer and printer not even two months ago which came installed with windows and IE...I should not have to change browsers that came preinstalled on my brand new computer to accomodate for the short comings of the company. Hopefully they can resolve this issue soon.
