How do I register so I can use eprint. I keep getting an error message. Aaarrrggg!!!

HOw do I register??? I keep getting an error message that they have an acct. for me, but I don't have an acct.

Thank you for posting,

You will ge this error message if you have a Snapfish account created on your name.

Please go to www.hp.com/go/eprintcenter and click on the Sign in Button. In the Sign in Page, please click on the Snap Fish icon and then enter the email address and the password and that will login to the eprint center.

If you are still unabel to login, please click on Forgot Password on the Snap-Fish popup screen and then you will get an email with a temporary password and a link to reset the password. Once the password is reset, please go back to www.hp.com/go/eprintcenter and click on the Sign in Button. In the Sign in Page, please click on the Snap Fish icon and then enter the email address and the password and that will login to the eprint center.

I still can't set up an account even though I went through the process with Snapfish.

I found the snapfish icon. However, it's set up with an old email acct that can't be used because they shut off my acct because they said I owe them money (verizon). I now have Comcast. How do I change my email to comcast. Thank you. You've been very helpful.

Thank you for the reply,

In order to use your comcast account or email address,  you will have to create a new account in ePrint ceneter. In order to do so, please go www.hp.com/go/eprintcenter and then click on Sign in. In the Sign in screen please click on "Create an account" and enter your name and the comcast email address and the password and make sure you uncheck the box "Sign me up for Snapfish." only after unchecking the "Sign me for Snapfish" box, click on "Create Account".

Followed snapfish icon used temporary password - still an error aaarrrgg!!!!!!!

I still can't create an account. It says I already have an account. When I try to sign in, it tells me I don't have an acount. This is so frustrating.

Yes, going through Snapfish I was able to get a new password sent to my email, reset password and signed into eprint then with no problems.

Now I have yet another problem, surprise, surprise. When I try to eprint, nothing happens. The light is lit up for wireless, but there is no "physical printer" in the drop down menu. How the heck do I do THIS? This is a nightmare. I hate this thing.
