How to enable the web service on my eprint printer CP1025nw?

Yeah.  Your doc says "available in late 2010".  But this one says "available Spring 2011".   Probably changed 12/31/10!!!!

I got a call from the HP customer care this morning, a person hold me 15 minutes over the phone saying blah blah blah, and that HP wrote in each HP website that the info of the website may change at any moment, and that if the technician of HP support told me the FW supporting ePrint on the cp1025nw will never been released, it was his opinion, and probably would be correct based on his expertise.

 But from his side, he can only says "we do not have the FW at the moment and we do not know if/when it will be released".

So at this point HP is saying "we are selling this ePrinter, but it is just marketting, don't trust us"

I cannot beleive. I always got HP products and always been happy with...

He also told me that it was a bad practice to buy online or at online HP shop, because you cannot discuss about after sales problems. Would be better if I went to a suppermarked and bought it after I spoke directly with a local person. In that case I would be able to go back to him for a complain, instead of complaining with HP directly....

I'm very disappointed now, not very promising...

Anyone else got info about this FW? as HP support is filtering the question, (when I asked to escalate the case they told me that this question cannot be escalated) may be someone closer to the developpers may have some news

The HP LaserJet CP1025 color printer works well wirelessly with my MacBook Pro  --- good color prints and easy to setup.

However, i am another disappointed customer -- we need ePrint on CP1025nw now for printing from an iPad and BlackBerry!

This may be the last HP product I by for my home or business. This is not the company of Hewlett or Packard, it's the company of snake oil salesmen.
