How to print an attachment of an e-mail double sided?

HP Photosmart 6510.

When I print a document from my computer, it will be printed double sided. However, when I send the same document by e-mail to my printer, it will be printed only single sided. How to solve this problem?

I'm glad to hear you are using the duplex feature of this printer. It definitely saves on paper costs. As of this time, Eprint does not support duplex printing.

Although the HP ePrint service does not have the option for double-sided printing when sending an email to your printer, there are alternate options that Kevin did not mention yet.

The HP ePrint Mobile Driver is available for download to your computer. This driver puts the HP ePrint Mobile printer in your printers folder. After installation, when you are in a document on your computer:

1. Click on "File".
2. Click on "Print".
3. Choose the "HP ePrint Mobile" printer from your printer options.
4. A separate window opens for the driver where you can add your printer's ePrint address, as well as check a box for two-sided printing.

The HP ePrint Home and Biz app, available for iOS and Android, also has a similar functionality for your mobile devices.

hi there. i am also having trouble printing double sided from email. i have downloaded the eprint mobile driver and set the preferences to print both sides but it still won't do it. what am i doing wrong?
