Not sure why registering with aol would cause issues when trying to create an ePrintCenter account. Have you ever had a Snapfish account? If so that might be causing a conflict and you would need to register to ePrintCenter using the same email/password credentials as you had used with Snapfish. If you're not sure, try logging into Snapfish (Snapfish login) with the email address you've tried with ePrintCenter and choose the forgot your password option. If it confirms that an email has been sent to you with password reset instructions then reset the password and use this and the email address to create your new ePrintCenter account.

 

If you've never had a Snapfish account and ePrint registration is failing because it claims the email address is already in use then you may just have to create your ePC account using an alternative email address.

Its not that you need to create a Snapfish account in order to create an ePrintCenter account its just that if you're being told at the ePC account creation step that the email address you're trying to use is already in use then it most likely as been used at some point in the past for a Snapfish account.

 

If you haven't done it already, try getting the password associated with that email address reset on Snapfish's log in web page. Failing that, contact Snapfish support direct and ask them to check if an account exists that uses that email address and if it does ask them to delete that account. You should then be clear to use that email address to create an ePrintCenter account.
