I am not able to create an account

Same here, can't set up an account on eprintcenter, get everything filled in up to submit setting up an account and can't click on submit

Me and some others are not able to create an account on eprint center we fill the form and the button create does nothing,

I can't create an eprint account either. I've been trying for two days. HP what is wrong with you? Should I just return the printer I bought because of eprintcenter features?

Just set up my new printer and trying to create an ePrint account. But when I submit nothing happens.  I see from all the posts that some people are experiencing the same thing.  Hopefully it will be sorted soon

I had the problem last night, where I couldn't click on submit. Now today I was able to submit, and it told me I already had an account with that email. Tried the "forgot password" option, and it told me my email address wasn't valid.

Does any one thinl HP monitors this forum? If it does and does nothing about it is a shame
