I also was not able to create an account. When I hit the "create account" button, nothing happens. This oversight on HP's part does not give me confidence in their products!

I finally figured it out. They want the printers email address. Then the printer code. The code that printed out when you set it up is only good for 24 hrs. If it is longer than that you need to print another sheet from your printer. It will give you a new email & code. Then you should be able to create the account.

Unfortunately, I still am not able to creat an account. As I see it, the problem is that, when I complete the registration form and hit the "Create Account" button, nothing at all happens. It doesn't seem to matter if I use my normal email account and password, or the printer's email and printer code, absolutely nothing at all happens when I hit the "Create Account" button. It's as if the button wasn't there. In that regard, I normally use Google Chrome as my browser, so I thought I'd try using IE, but still NOTHING happens when I hit that button, regardless of what I enter for email and password. I'm exhausted!

I was finally able to get registered, but only after contacting hp support.
Click this link:
http://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-information/summary/ww
to get to hp support. I then clicked for U.S. support, and then clicked for "chat online with hp support".
They were able to register for me. They didn't explain what the issue was, but I'm registered, and everything works, so I'm satisfied. Hope this helps

I am also having problems getting an eprint account set-up. I went in created a Snapfish account and that did not seem to address the problem.

Same issue here. Hoping to hear about a fix. Maybe a HP server issue or bug with the site?
