When I try to create an HP web services account, I get the response that emails must match. I have tried every current email address that I have and get the same result. HP must have an ancient email address that goes back 20 yrs ago. How do I get around this problem?

Hi, I was just having the same problem. Your difficulty may be what mine was; that originally there was only one email address window displayed and no second email confirmation window present.
Tried entering the HP ePrint mobile printing code in the screen name space and suddenly a second email address confirmation window opened that had not been there on my other attempts (maybe it was a fluke but other attempts didn't work). I confirmed my first email address entry in the second confirmation window and changed my screen name back to my original choice and submitted. It worked!! Hope this helps.
