We too have same problem so were glad to read your post! Our printer had only given us a printer code ... where do you get the printer email address from? Also, how did you print another sheet from the printer as we are getting close to the 24 hour deadline! Everyhting else with this printer set up has been really easy but this just has us stumped!! Many thanks in anticipation!

Thanks for the information regarding contacting the online HP support chat. Unfortunately, that didn't work very well for me. Yesterday I spent about an hour on the support chat and the analyst told me to wait 24 hours and then try support chat again. He said the HP computer for ePrint was down for maintenance. So today I tried again and I still can't create my account regardless of whether or not I use my email address or the printer's email address. The problem still is that the "Create Account" button doesn't do anything when I press it after completing the registration form. The button acts as if it isn't even there. Anyway, I tried again to use the support chat and, so far, I've been waiting in the queue for about 30 minutes with no reply other than the standard "Your support request has been submitted and is in queue. Please wait momentarily while the system connects you with the next available support specialist.". I'm so frustrated with this because it's such false advertising for the printer box to boast about using HP ePrint. As the box says, "If you can email it, you can print it." Ah, if only it was that easy! I should have bought the Canon printer instead. Never again will I buy an HP!

The answer appears to be that one has to use the email address of the printer. Who knew? The printer display will show its email address (as I recall, one presses the wireless button, maybe). You can change that email address to one you devise later. It seems you must use the original email address of the printer for some functions, don't loose the original.

I talked with HP support. Unbelievably, you can only create an account from Monday to Friday 8a-6p. The only website I know in the world that only works business hours!

I just got off with HP support online because I was having the same problem creating an account on the ePrint site. I was told the site was under maintenance. Angelina was kind enough to create an account for me.

I've tried every which way to create an account but it just isn't happening!!!
