I am unable to log in to the ePrintCenter with my email address and password.

When I click the 'forgot password' link and enter my email address, I am asked for the correct address. I've tried this many times, checking carefully that I've entered the correct address. I've even tried to set up the account again, but then I am told an account for this email address already exists. I just had the same thing trying to get into the forums, fortunately I was able to reset the password. 

Any ideas?

Hey Troy3!

Are you using a personal email address or trying to login with your pritner's email address? If you are sure that the email address is correct and it is a personal address, send me a private message with the email address you used to create the account with and I will get it taken care of for you.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue but i would like to get some more information from you.

1. Who is your email provider you do not have to give me the full email just the(@yahoo.com,@live.com,@aol.com and etc...)

it is a private email address in my name with a company called internetters.

I'm having the same problem.  As much as I try, I can't get my password reset in the ePrint Center.  Can someone help me?

I can't log in to ePrintCenter, don't know my password and using the password forgotten feature, yields nothing. I am using a personal email address provided by the University of Illinois...which I used to open my account.

I am having the same probelm.  I have tried the eprint e-mail and my personal e-mails in the forgot password section.  I have set this up within the last hour logged out and can't get back in.

I am having the same problem. When I click the "Forget your Password?" link, the pop-up to enter your e-mail address shows up, but it does not let me get passed that screen. It keeps telling me to re-enter my e-mail address. My e-mail is personal and is correct. Any help ideas?
