I have the HP Photosmart e station C510.
Windows 7 64 bit
Connection Problem...There was a problem connecting to the internet. Please try again.
I can't seem to get it to work even though it is indeed connected. I can't find a market is there one? The weather on the front page won't let me change to my zip code...same error...not connected. Please help????

Hello cammie20008,
Hate to hear you are having problems, I will need a little more info to help.
When does the error comes up,is it when you connect the zeen to the internet?
If it shows to be connected i will first suggest running the updates. To run the updates go to "settings" then to "Tools" and under the tools menu you will see "product updates". Run this update and this may help with your issue.
Also, the market for the zeen is called "Slide Sam" you can add other apps and games here. This may not show up until you run the updates.
For the weather app try typing the city and state in rather than the zip code.

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. The update helped a lot! I just have one more question about the weather app. When it's just on the front screen it still says another location but when touched it shows my location. Is this correct?

For the weather problem I would try deleting all the other city's leaving only your city, and then if you want to add others add them making sure your city is the first listed.
To Change touch the weather on the home screen.
- Click edit
- Use the minus sign next to the name of each city to delete
- leave your city so that it is first
- add any other city that you want and then your city should show up on the home screen.

You state that one should go to settings and then tools,etc. I cannot find anyhting abut tools in my settings. Where is the setings menu?

If you look at your zeen on the dock...look at the center near the bottom. There is an arrow pointing up. Slide it up and you will scroll down just a bit to settings.![]()
