Hi I hope you are doing well and welcome to the HP forum;

 

I wlll love to help you but in order for me or any other member of the fuum to have an opportunity to assist you we need more information in regards your configuration such as, Complete printer model, Operating system and any other information that you feel is useful. This way more people will have a clear idea on how to properly offer you suggestions. Please take the time to read this POST before updating your thread again.

All I am trying to do is copy a document, not even from the computer.  But even from the computer it is not printing anything.  Someone please is there a secret to this mess?  The black ink seems to not work even after I installed a new cartridge.
