I created an account to sign in to the E Print Cente, but received reply - "email already in use", tried signing in with my email, but received reply "password entered invalid", When I asked for new password, system would not accept my email for a forgotten password - stated need email associated with account. Can someone help me reset my password for "eprint centre".

Ok the email that you receive your printjobs and the email associated with the account are not the same perhaps you are using the email that you are recieving for the email associated with the account. if you do not remember the email you might have to created another account you might use a very close to the current one. I had to do this and what I did sue the same email and them added a 1 to the end is works for me and most of my allowed senders did not have an issue with that. you can do this at

It may be that you have a SnapFish.com account. Alot of long time customers of HP have SnapFish.com accounts and do not realize it. One of the printer software releases signed customers up automatically, and most people did not know, or forgot, because they never used it. Try going to SnapFish.com and using the forgot password link at the log in screen there. Once you have the password reset, go to ePrintCenter.com and use the SnapFish.com log in information to log in. If that does not help you may need to contact SnapFish.com directly to have them delete the account, or use a different email to register with.

I have this same problem. It says my email is associated with a Snapfish account. But when I go to Snapfish, I still cannot sign in. I click the "lost password" and the site says it will send me a temp password.... but it does not. HELP! Going around in circles!

One possible workaround if you have multiple email accounts is to use a different email address and try to register at eprintcenter. Let me know if this isn’t a possible solution for you.
