I cant enable web services on the printer

When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4

If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?

Internest provider is AT&T, Router is a Netgear DGN2200v3 and the firmware version isV1.100.12_1.00.12NA

Everything seems to check out with your router.  Try turning off your router and printer.  Turn the router on, but leave the printer off.  Wait for the router to stabilize, ussually 1-2 minutes.  Turn the printer back on and try to enable the web services again.  If that does not work, try adding the printer to the router's DMZ list.  If neither works, let me know and I will see what else I can find.
