Re: I don't understand why ePrint does not work on emailing photos - Discard - Looked like a spam/ v

Hello alfmswongg,

When emailing a photo, if the quality/resolution of the image is not AT LEAST 100 dpi, then this is discarded by the ePrint servers. I would make sure your photo is above this requirement and try sending it again.

If you still encounter issues, I would remove any signatures you may have attached to the email and try again.

Hope this helps!

I sent (2.5mb size) JPG photo taken on my iPhone 4S camera (5MP) to my ePrint email address after removing "sent from my iPhone" signature. Still it discards message indicating it's a spam or containing virus, which is not the case.

Hello HKDutt,

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with sending a picture from your iPhone 4S. If you are still having issues there may be a workaround to get this working. You can download the HP ePrint Home and Biz app from the Apps Store. It is a free download and gives you multiple options when trying to print photos from your iPhone or any other idevice.

Hope this helps!

Thanks. The problem was solved when I inserted a word in the subject line. Previously I was keeping it blank.

I use any text e.g. Photo when sending photo to print. It works; just don't leave the Subject field blank.
