Hello alfmswongg,
When emailing a photo, if the quality/resolution of the image is not AT LEAST 100 dpi, then this is discarded by the ePrint servers. I would make sure your photo is above this requirement and try sending it again.
If you still encounter issues, I would remove any signatures you may have attached to the email and try again.
Hope this helps!

I sent (2.5mb size) JPG photo taken on my iPhone 4S camera (5MP) to my ePrint email address after removing "sent from my iPhone" signature. Still it discards message indicating it's a spam or containing virus, which is not the case.

Hello HKDutt,
I'm sorry to hear about your issues with sending a picture from your iPhone 4S. If you are still having issues there may be a workaround to get this working. You can download the HP ePrint Home and Biz app from the Apps Store. It is a free download and gives you multiple options when trying to print photos from your iPhone or any other idevice.
Hope this helps!

when trying to send photos to the printer from my droid phone I kept getting -
Looked like spam or contained a virus - I did find that putting "text" in the message field when sending my photo worked. Been trying to figure this out forever, and finally got it working.
