'Could not connect to the Internet' - try the steps below:
- Try to open a web page. If you are reading this on the HP support forum, using the computer that is connected to your printer, you probably have a connection to the Internet, but try searching for some term on a search engine to make sure you aren't looking at a cached page.
- If you aren't connected to the Internet, check your cables and other network gear. Is your computer's wireless card on? Is your WiFi router on?
- If you are connected to the Internet, make sure your printer is on, connected to your PC, and loaded with paper. Shut down the Condé Nast At Home application and then re-open and click Print Now.
- The latest offering should print.
'Could not connect to content server' - a temporary server problem is the most likely cause of this error. Try the steps below:
- Close the Condé Nast At Home application and wait a few hours.
- Make sure your printer is on, connected to your PC, and loaded with paper. Then open the Condé Nast At Home application, and click Print Now.
- The latest offering should print.
- If you get the same error again, try rebooting your computer.
