I have an Ipad. It was set up for eprint and airprint but lately it doesn't work.

Hello fjnatwick,

If I understand you correctly, you have been able to use airprint in the past to print from your iPad. If you are unable to see your printer listed when trying to print, try these steps:

1. While the printer is still on, unplug the power cord from the printer, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Once plugged back in the printer should power on automatically.

2. Turn the iPad completely off by pressing the power button on the top right corner of the iPad until you see "Slide to power off" and slide your finger across the bar to completely shut down the iPad. Now turn the iPad back on.

Try your print job again and see if you are able to locate the printer on your iPad.

If you are able to locate the printer but nothing happens when you hit the print button then try these steps:

1. Clear print jobs from the printer queue on your iPad by tapping the home button twice. The "PrintCenter" icon should appear on the bottom of the screen. Select PrintCenter and clear print  jobs by swiping your finger across each job and select 'Delete' until they are all gone.

Now try your print job again to see if it is able to print successfully.

Thanks for the advice my iPad was printing to the printer using AirPrint and then just stopped working I followed your advice and it worked straight away thanks heaps,
