I want to stop an app from printing. I read through a lot of the answers and could not follow how to do it. I do not see how to cancel the scheduled delivery of it. I do have my printer HP Photosmart5514 registered but dont see a tab for it to go in and make any changes. I guess I'm not clear on where to go and what to do first?
Thank you

Hi Traiaberg,
When you log onto ePrintCenter, the next screen you see should display your printer, its status, email address, recent print jobs and apps. If you do not see your printer and only see a "+Add Printer" button, you will need to add your printer to your account to cancel the scheduled delivery.
To retrieve your printer code you just need to touch the ePrint button on the printer then look for print info page. This will reprint your printer code/refresh it if it has expired. Then, just go to ePrintCenter and add the printer to your account and follow these directions to cancel the scheduled delivery:
1. Log onto http://www.ePrintCenter.com
2. Scroll down the page to the "My Print Apps" section and locate the app you wish to cancel
3. Click "Setup>>"
4. Click "Update Settings"
5. Scroll down and click "Cancel scheduled delivery" (it will be at the bottom of the page to the right of the "Save" button)
6. Click "Cancel Subscription"
Please let me know if you need more help! ![]()
