Installed eprint app on iPad print option not working

Installed HPeprint app for my iPad. App loaded and recognized my hp4500 all in one wireless printer. Allows me to preview pages and save pages, but print button does not respond. Any ideas why all but print options are working?

Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to fix the problem by reregistering my email address in the app. Not sure why it worked, but it did. Thanks
