As far as an ePrint app for Windows Phone 7, no, not yet (hopefully in the future that will change). You can however print wirelessly from your phone if your printer is ePrint capable. To check if your printer is ePrint capable click HERE.
If your printer is ePrint capable, HERE is a handy guide to setting up ePrint on it.
