Job history is showing printing but nothing is printing

Have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One printer that has stopped printing.  There is paper in the tray.  The printer has been turned off and back on but it is still not printing.  Any suggestions?

Unfortunately the ePrint Center is currnetly experiencing issues. Please try your print job again later.

Is this still an issue? I'm posting two weeks after the original post and I'm having the same issue.

The jobs that were backup up finally printed several hours later so it's not an issue for us right now.
