I have tried several times to update the firmware for my wireless printer. Each time I try, I get an error message stating that the Firmware Failed to Update. Power Cycle and Try Again.  Each time that I try, the USB cable is connected.  The firmware updates for the printer that is "connected" with a USB, but will not update for the "wireless" printer.

Hi I have the same exact problem.

I´m wondering why all of a sudden you chose to send private messages instead of public ones as well.  HP must not want this problem to be public huh? Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
