In order to help out, I will need some more information. First, if it is giving an email address instead of a code that means that printer is already registered on an account. Is the email it is showing one that you customized? Or is it the printer code followed by "@hpeprint.com"? Are you wanting to remove it from one user account and assign it to a new user account? Have you already set up an account at ePrint Center? What exact printer do you have? Is it hooked up via wireless or Ethernet? How many other printers do you have? Is the printer(s) giving you any error messages when attempting to connect to web services from the front panel of the printer? IF so, what is that exact error message? What type of router do you have?

It sounds like your already setup, that info you provided is a customized printer email address. Can you sign into your account at ePrint Center? You would sign in with your user email and password you created. Once you are signed in you should see a picture of your printer with 2 green check marks that say connected and ready. Under that in blue, you should see the printer’s email address. Do you have your printer set to where anyone can send print jobs to it or is it set to Allowed Senders Only? Have you sent print Jobs from other devices to that email address that was successful?

It looks like your printer fell off ePrintcenter.com. What you would need to do to get a new printer code is remove and then re-enable web services. To do that for the E910a, you would go into the Set up Menu>> web services>> Restore Network defaults>> Make sure that you have you wireless network Name and the password for your Network available as you will need to put the printer back on the network (you can set it back up through the Wireless Setup Wizard located under the Network menu which is found under the Setup menu) After that make sure that Web services are enabled and then have the printer reprint the info page. If you live in the US or Canada and feel you want to call into do this and have someone walk you through it step by step please do not hesitate to call into 1-855-785-2777 to speak to the cloud department.
