Are you connected to a wireless network?
Did you enable web services during the set up of your D110a?
Did you get an info sheet with the email address during the set up? If not please push the wireless button on the front of the product to get to the wireless menu, then select web services -- within web services select display email address. Is this the email address you are using? What are you sending (plain email, pictures, word documents)? Also - what email client are you sending from -- gmail? hotmail? yahoo? outlook?
