No Brainer ePrint Options Needed!

It is hard for me to believe ePrint went through much user testing before going on the market.  

 

We desperately need options for:

 

* Print email headers - How are you supposed to tell who the email is from, when it was sent  and where they begin/end?

 

* Print in proper (reverse) order.  Because most inkjets print face up the last page in the document ends up on top.  This has been "fixed" for 20 years in print drivers!

 

* Not accepting forwarded emails or emails with multiple recipients is a pain.  We the owners of the printer should be given the choice to print what and how we want.

 

Other than those MAJOR issues my 8500A is a great printer.

 

Oh, and give us macro capability so we can have single-touch programmable icons.
