No web services tab on CP1025nw

When I go to the embedded web server for my Laserjet CP1025nw, there's no HP web services tab. It seems like that is the only way to get the ePrint ID. What should I do?

Hi,

The Web Services tab will appear only once the latest firmware will be installed.

 

Install the latest firmware update using the tool for your OS below:

Windows:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL34894/lj-86491-5/LJCP1020_FWUpdate_signed.exe

 

Mac OS X:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL38820/lj-94937-3/LJCP1020_FWUpdate.dmg

 

Once the latest firmware is installed, you may enable the Web Services through the EWS page.
