Hi PMracing00, are you using the printer in a business environment? In some business environments the local network which the printer is connected to may require a proxy setting to access the Internet. Check with your IT Administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) for proxy setting if necessary.  Most ISP for home users do not require proxy configuration for Internet access.  (Note: HP web connect printers currently do not support secure proxy servers).   To set a proxy on an Officejet All-in-One, see this document:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02524629

Hope this information helps answer your question and get you up and running with the ePrint service on your new printer. Good luck.

HI I purchased one too , and I want to know whether I can put a password or something in general to stop other staff using the printer, copier facility ?

Hi there, there is no provision for restricting access to using the printer from the control panel. You can restrict who can send print jobs in the form of emails to the printers ePrint email address. If that is something you would like to do check out this link for more details https://h30495.www3.hp.com/help#eprint

Hope this information helps and have a great day.
