My 6500A is connected to the internet and I'm able to print wirelessly.
When trying to set up ePrint, I'm going through the following menu path: Setup, webservices setup, Printer email address.
I get the error message "This printer was unable to connect to the server"
I've read and tried the other "solutions" on the support board that involved turning off and on eprint, running through off-on power cycles, turning wireless on and off, turning of the printer and waiting 5 minutes, restoring to factory settings... Nothing is working.

Same exact situation here, funny that I bought mine today. It got the latest firmware update but nothing will get it to connect to eprint and print my printer code sheet. I also tried all the tips here and nothing worked. Everything else on the printer works, I am using wireless connection and I can print, get to even APPS, just not eprint!!!

printer is connected to the net work.Ican print wireless from my computer.eprint will not respond. this printer was
unable to connect to the server try again or enter aproxy address.

my printer will not connect to the server I have cheched all connections to the computer they are connectedi , I lost the setup disk, the printer will print from the touch pad but not the comoputer.

I see that you're having issues with your printer working. I have a couple of questions for you.
What printer do you have?
Are you trying to setup ePrint on your printer?
