Officejet 6600 can't send faxes to efax number

When I try and use my traditional fax machine to send a fax to an efax number, I get a connection interrupted error. How do I get my HP Officejet 6600 to successfully send a traditional fax to an efax number?

Can you  Fax on this Printer to any other service or Fax machine, or there is an issue with efax only, 

Go to this link www.hp.com/go/tools . You can try  by downloading and running The HP Print and Scan Doctor. This tool was design by HP to diagnose Print, scan and connectivity issues most of the time will fix the issue for you.  If it does not please share what errors the tool finds and I will do my best  to assist you with your problem.

I will share there support page because this looks that is a Efax issue not the printer.
