PDF attachment printinng as a blank text attachment

I have printed a web page as a PDF (it is an airline boarding pass).  When I send it to my new HP OfficeJet 7500A, the printer spits out a blank sheet of paper and my confirmation email states:  Attachments Printed:  body.txt  Any ideas?

Greetings,

 

That sounds like ePrint didn't detect an attachment... Out of curiosity, was the e-mail body blank? (That is, did you sent an e-mail to your printer with only the attachment--no subject and no body?)

Hi Mourfman,

 

Just a few questions to help with the troubleshooting :-

 

1. Have you tried printing other PDF attachment?

2. What is the size of the PDF file?

3. What is the print job status in the ePrintCenter?

4. Would it be possible to share the file with us for verification?

     Is this is ok with you, could you please send me a private message with the PDF attachment?
