My printer is connected to my wireless network and it will print and scan without a problem, but when I try to connect to the web server so I can set up my e-print, I keep getting an error message that it cannot connect to the server.  I have tried re-installing the software, I have unplugged the printer and unplugged the router, I have tried disconnecting from my wireless network and re-connecting, and nothing works.  I had the e-print set up and working fine about 2 years ago, but my computer had issues and I had to re-install my software.  Please help!

I regret to inform you that HP had already discontinued the web services (ePrint service and printer apps)  from selected printers. One of them is your photosmart and some other models that were manufactured below 2011. I've included a simple link below. Hope it helps.
