Hello tuck31,
Try printing another ePrint instruction page. I know it does not seem to make sence that it would have anything to do with eFax, but trust me, I have seen this work as a fix. To print another ePrint instruction page, press the ePrint button in the upper left of the printer's touch screen. You will should see two options in the web services menu, "Print Report" (sometimes labled "Print Info Page") and "Settings." Touch "Print Report." Wait for the page to print and test the receive part of eFax. If it does not work, let me know.

The report does not print, it says that the report is being sent but after about 20 minutes it did not print.

Try setting a static IP by following step six in this document: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4
If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?

When I go to the networking tab and click on the wireless tab on the left, the page reloads and goes back to status.
3. Click the Networking tab, click the Wireless tab, and then click the IPv4 tab. (Your menu path might be slightly different, depending on your HP product model.) A new settings page displays.
My ISP is Verizon
Router maker Is Actiontec
Model number is MI424-MR Rev. C
Firmware version is 4.0.16.1.45.160.27

Instead of clicking "Wireless", click "Networking." Then click "Network Address," and it should let you change the IP form there. Sorry for the confusion.

I realize that this is a silly question but where do I get the user name and password that it is asking for?

Oh. That's bad. If you do not remember setting this up, you may need to contact tech support directly for a semi-full reset. You can find the contact information here.
