Printer code still not working

Our printer code is not working. We printed it out from the printer setup options and entere it in correctly.  Can we get another code? How can we fix the problem. We need this service.

The Printer Code is only good for 24 hours

To get a new one, on most printers, you can just print a status sheet in the Web Services menu and it should work

But where/how does one find web services menu. I can't find it.
