I have the same "pending" status that has been this way for a few hours now - do you mean that after a month or so of similar posts it is still not fixed???

Do you have all your email addresses added to ecenter that will be printing to the printer?

Where is HP??? Do they actually come on this form and help people or is this peer to peer?
I'm having the same issue - and the problem is NOT on my end.
I really can't beleive I bought another HP after the issues I had with mutiple Medie centers and three EliteBooks (8740w)... ![]()

I've followed all the trouble shooting tips and jumped all the hoops. I'm still having this issue. Is the ePrint service supported by HP support or is this forum al there is?

I have the same problem. All my computers and Ipads print locally. Eprint is a no go. It used to work, now it doesn't. I've cleared all pending jobs, gotten a new address for it and it won't eprint.

Same here...
So, how do we get HP to help?

Hi All,
I suggest you all to login to ePrint website and check if the print jobs pending in the queue are right after a print job which says "System error" ?
Have you tried by selecting "Remove Printer" in the website? Logout and relogin and then add the printer code.Check if it works or not.
Say "Thanks" by clicking the Kudos Star in the post that helped you.
Please mark the post that solves your problem as "Accepted Solution"

Same problem -- nothing helps -- HP really has crappy support.
