Printing from eprint

I just did the firmware upgrade on my HP LaserJet M1530 so I can utilize eprint and airprint.  I am experiencing one problem.  When I forward an email to the eprint account it will print the email but the attachment will print blank pages.  The attachment is a PDF.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi Erik_Bergeron,

 

Is the PDF encrypted, password protected, or any other unique aspect? Have you tried other PDF attachments? Also, try downloading the PDF from the original email, then re-attach it to an outgoing email and send it to your printer's ePrint address.
