Recover email address

Hi,

 

I had a stalled print queue, all job pending or bombing out. I stupidly(?) did a factory reset, which solved the queuing so I can print stuff for the kids, BUT, now means that I cannot use the email address I had originally used hal9000_hp@hpeprint.com which I use for the odd bit of work I do.

 

Please can I have this email/print queue back.

Your old address will be available in 6 months.  You will have to use your new address.
