Some users are reporting that there is a new firmware available to download. Please check your printers for a product update. I'm not sure of the localization of the firmware update unfortunately.

Hi,
I bought the HP Envy 100 yesterday, and I got the same error message everyone is getting.
It was connecting to my network fine, and I was wondering why it was having trouble connecting to the internet.
I thought to myself, well it connects to the internet to run an update so I will try it again today..
I ran an update yesterday and that took 10mins, but when I tried again today, it took 30-40mins.
I thought well that's a good sign..
I shut down the printer, started it back up, and now it is working like a charm.
No more error message, my apps are all there.
Only time will tell how temperamental it is, but hopefully it wont happen again

To run an update:
Settings > Web
Make sure Web Services is enabled.
Then go to Product Updates > Check for Product Updates.

I knew it wasn't a hardware related problem, it was a software problem that HP had to fix.
The only way HP can fix it, is through their updates.

Just to add that I have the same problem and that I am equally surprised by the fact that HP does not seem to respond to this issue.

Hi all I just purchased this printer as well and I thought it was my internet connection, but I changed it and it still gives me the same response. I just tried the update and I still get the same error message. I really would like this problem solved so that I could get the full benefit of this printer because like all of you I paid a lot for it as well.

I just purchased the HP Envy 100 and my TouhSmart Apps WILL NOT connect to the Internet. I am sending the product back if I dont get it to work. Bottom Line: If it does not work as promised then the product is defective and falsly advertised. {Content Removed: legal discussion}

I bought the HP Envy 100 12/1/2011 and it is disappointing to see that after 6 months looks like they haven't gotten this one figured out. I was encouraged by your message though as my printer, after multiple tries, finally went to get a Product update... I thought that that would do it but it didn't. I wanted to find out whether it has been temperamental or has it consistenly worked for you? Thank you for your time.

Just purchased an HP Photosmart C310a. Only app that works is Snapfish. Any other app indicates "Connection Problem - Touch Smart Web app is not responding. Please try again later". Does anyone have a fix for this matter?

I have an P Photosmart C310a also and this feature worked once and has not worked sense.
I have checked for updates and I am told I have the current software.
Reading this forum it seems this has been a problem for a very long time. Has anyone had any success in correcting this?
This feature was one of the main reasons for spending the money on this very expensive printer. I am hoping someone from HP is out there and welling to give us some help.
