Tried to sign up on eprintcenter.com and error msg. "your email is invalid"

Setting up my new Phootosmart 7510. Went to eprintcenter.com to setup ePrint.  It ask for my email addres, then

gave me an error msg." email name name invalid".  What do they want?

They want your personal email address.Is that what you are using to register?

I loged on to HP Support and there is'nt a "My profile"

Yes I used my own personal email address.  They say it is taken. Sure its taken by me.

Hello Ashjoe,

 

When you login to eprintcenter.com go to sign in and enter in your email address.  If you have forgotten your password select "forgot password" and you will receive an email to reset your password for eprint center.

If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP. .....

Ok, I tried to do the forgot password and was invalid email but when I tried to do a new account it tells me email not available.  Now what?
