Reprint your web services info sheet to activate your printer for adding to your ePrintCenter account - your printer's email address can only be used to add it to an ePC account for 24 hours after printing the info sheet. Reprinting the info sheet doesn't change your email address, it just re-enables your printer to be added to your ePC account.
The steps to reprinting your info sheet vary by product:
Photosmart Printers:
Depending on the printer model, either via the Setup>Wireless>Web Services Settings menu, or on other printers via the ePrint icon on the front panel display – select the ePrint icon and select the “Print Report” button on the Web Services status screen.
The ePrint icon looks like this:
Officejet printers:
Depending on the printer model, either via the Setup > Web Services Setup >Printer Email Address menu, or on other printers via the ePrint icon on the front panel display – select the ePrint icon and select the “Print” button on the ePrint Status screen.
The ePrint icon looks like this:
LaserJet printers:
- Print a configuration page from your product, and locate the IP address.
- At your computer, open a Web browser and type the product IP address into the address line. The HP Embedded Web Server opens.
- Click the HP Web Servicestab.
- Click the Print Information Sheet button.

Hello mj1952,
That looks like a printer code. Are you having trouble entering the code at the Hp ePrint website? When did you print the code?

I have an »HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - E709n.
Is it web compatible and if so, how do I figure it out?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Newportx2,
The printer that you've listed is not ePrint enabled. One option that one can use with the printer listed above is to try the Hp ePrint mobile app it allows you to print from your mobile device to the printer.
Hope this helps.
