I have recently installed an HP Deskjet 3054A with my MacBook Pro.
Wen trying to set up ePrint, it asked me to register an account. When I tried, it told me that the email address I was using was already registered. I don't remember setting this up previously, so I tried to retrieve my password with the 'forgot password' link. However, when I typed that same password that it told me was already registered, I got the following error - "enter the email address associated with your account."
Please advise. I think I need to speak with someone via phone.

Do you already have an account with Snapfish using that same email address?

I have the same issue, so I attempt a password reset and then it will not accept the email address... endless circle with no solution.
