Can I print wireless to the 3050 J610 from my Samsung Chromebook ? I understand the J610 is NOT an e-print ready machine, but can this printing happen thru another app or something ? The printer is on my home wireless network.

HP has a very versatile driver called ePrint Windows Driver. This driver is capable of finding network printers among other connected printers. Please install it and give it a try. Download software for your device here:

Hi,
The HP Deskjet 3050 is not an ePrint enabled printer, therefore printing from Chrome OS can only be done by sharing the printer as a Classic Printer via a Windows or Mac comuter.
You may follow the steps to set and use the printer as a Classic Printer below, be aware that it can only be done by using another computer with active internet connection which should be powered on to print from your Chromebook:
