Web Services not responding - HP Envy 100 D410

I've just set up my new HP Envy 100.  Connected to my wireless router OK.  Can print wirelessly OK.  And internet connection from my PCs are all OK.

When I try to access any of the Web Services from the printer menu, I get the following error message:

"Connection problem.  TouchSmart Web app is not responding. Please try again later."

I've tried resetting defaults, disabling and re-enabling web services as suggested on another thread, but still no luck.

Can anyone help me?

Re: Web Services not responding - HP Envy 100 D410

I've tried those things and still have the same problem.

ePrint works fine as well.  Its just seems to be the Touch Smart Web App that won't respond.  Is this a known product fault?.  I have seen others on the forum with the same problem, but can't find a fix.

Re: Web Services not responding - HP Envy 100 D410

I'm having the exact same problem. The printer is connected to my network and prints fine. I can send print jobs via email so it must be connected to the internet. However when ever i launch any web app i get the following error " There was a problem connecting to the ineternet. Please try again." I have tried your basic troubleshooting steps provided and none seem to correct the problem with the web apps. Any update on when a fix might be in place for this?

Re: Web Services not responding - HP Envy 100 D410

My printer quickly developed a more serious problem - and I've also seen this problem reported on the forums without a fix.  It intermittently started cycling through it's power up and down routines with the screen going blank for most of the time.  I rang the HP Support line and they have sent me a new printer.  I'm going to leave this post open until I get a chance to set that one up and test it out.

Re: Web Services not responding - HP Envy 100 D410

Same problem here.  Envy 100 (410a) running Mac OS X 10.6.7.  I can print wirelessly, can wirelessly, email print jobs, etc.  All is fine except Web Apps (and of course the freaking door won't close after a print job is remove, but that's another topic).

Has anyone been able to resolve the Web App issue??

Please print a printer status report

To print a print a printer status report
1. From the home screen of your printers display select the wrench icon in the upper right corner.
