What do I do when my newer HP does not work properly? I have been on the phone with people (hard to understand) from India who for hours have me troubleshooting asking the same questions over and over. A horrid experience. I have an warranty. First person after troubleshooting assured me I would receive a new computer. Second man went on and on. When I ask for a manager I received a fake manager I could not understand either. Why buy a warranty

I really apologize that you've been having problems with your printer! I would love to try to assist you, what kind of issues are you having?
